I told my 'rents that I'd be going to school today to ask my chairperson about my non-exixtent INTROPD grade. When I got there, that was when I remembered that we won't be having a grade for that subject this term. Arg. So I ended up walking up to the fourth floor and back down to the second, where I ran into Cris, who was there for a rehearsal meeting of Arok Diwa. We went to the canteen to get some candy, and then up to the SIO because she wanted to braid my hair. Heheheheheh, ever since braiding my hair in pigtails a couple of terms ago, she's always after my hair.

After 3 different styles of braids, Ari suddenly arrived in the SIO, looking for me! He had sent my a message from his friend's phone telling me to go to his tambayan, but Cris was still tugging at my hair. Eep.

So after Cris had finished playing around, Ari and I left for South Mall for lunch. Then we just walked around, checked out stores, and then we went to one of the optics shops to change the yellow lens of his glasses to blue lenses. Finally we sat down on one of the benches at the top floor and talked.

When Ari went home, I stopped by Book Sale to look at some old books. I've been searching for a couple of old sci-fi/fantasy books that no one has ever heard of. Has anyone heard of Pamela Sargent's Watchstar? It's a trilogy, and I'm looking for the rest of it. I'm looking for Eye of the Comet and Homesmind. Anyway, no sign of those books in there, but I did find a couple of books that reminded me of all the books that I gave away to my cousins in Zambales, so I bought them. I wish I hadn't given those books away. Think of how hard it is to find those books these days.

After that, I walked around some more around the mall. I finally found the perfect birthday present for my mom, but the problem is that I don't have enough money to buy it. Maybe my dad can help me get it tomorrow.

I just realized that The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe will be ending this Sunday. How sad.
