"...and what a coincidence!"
So I watched Karl in The Bald Soprano tonight. When I first arrived at UA&P, I didn't know where to go, and had to ask about 2 guards where to go. It seems that there were security guards in every building at every entrance there. Oh well.
The play was held at this little session hall. A tad low-budget, but they deisgned the set real well. The one thing that surprised me tonight was when I was looking at the program. The technical director happened to be! I didn't know he was involved in it somehow.
The show was hilarious. I wonder if I could get Karl to give me a copy of the script. So anyway, after the show, I got to meet the cast and a bunch of the crew. Oh no, someone asked Karl if I was his girlfriend. Jeez. I'm really getting sick of this!
Oh yeah, Nic, one of the guys in the cast, is actually Tito Bonggoy's son! No wonder he looked so familiar. Well, I haven't met him before, but there was a striking resemblance that made me think he looked familiar. The acting talent runs in their family, cool.
They'll be showing it again next week, but this time, the maid will be played by someone else. I wanna see that one too.
The Bald Soprano. Hmmm...now that's an idea. We were kinda thinking of staging our own show in Stageworx. Maybe we could try that.
