I went home today at dusk. As I looked out the window while riding along Roxas Boulevard all the way through Coastal Road, I could see this gorgeous sunset. The blue sky was covered with red, gold and rose hues, and the sun was glowing orange-red in the distance. I was in complete awe that I just gazed at the sky the whole time, enjoying its natural ethereal beauty.

It's one of my simple joys to watch a sunset as spectacular as the one I saw today. It made me realize that no matter how crappy things can get, there are still things worth doing and seeing and enjoying. Who cares about all the crap that's happening? Stop thinking about the terrible stuff that's going on in my life and enjoy what's there for the moment.

I miss the times I would go to CCP before this one show I had. I'd come early to the theater in GSIS and leave all my stuff there, then I'd rent a bike and just go around, just stopping to watch the sunset. It's really therapeutic, I tell you. Anyone wanna go with me to CCP sometime to witness another sunset?
