Was supposed to meet with Jun about their concert this evening, but then we had to postpone it for Saturday because he wouldn't be able to pick me up. Wheee, that meant I had the whole afternoon and evening free to do whatever.
But then I had to meet with Tine for their Campus Tour program that I'd promised I'd help her with. Gak, it was so short notice that I had to cancel movie plans with Jill, Lexi and Dandan. Shoot. I shouldn't have committed. So anyway, we had to discuss the program flow with the GK777 Party's emcees, Nina and Jersh. I had to help them with the script, but then since I've been pretty inactive in YFC ever since I started working, I had no idea what to say. Plus I hardly know the members anymore, so I don't know how well they can emcee.
It was almost sunset by the time we finished (heck, Tine and I even had to discuss the stage design), so I quickly rushed to get a bus so I can watch the sunset again, hahaha. Too late, the sun had already set by the time I reached Roxas Boulevard.
Then Jun texted me that in case he gets to use his car tonight, he can still pick me up. So when I got home, I told this to my mom. Hay nako, here she goes again about not getting any rackets for now. But jeez, it's a job opportunity, darn it. My tried tried to defend me for a moment, but then said nothing. Gr...
They're always getting in the way of my career. I thought we're over that. Jeez. But nope, they went back to their ways again. And I thought that they'd leave me alone by the time I turn 21. Heck, I'm already 22. Makes me wish I managed to get Ate Shang's condo so I can get out of their hair (or the other way around). I can't wait to move out of here and get a place of my own. Somewhere in the central area where all the rackets are easy access.
