I'll talk about what happened last Friday evening, after I made the previous post when I came from Philam Life Theater.

After I logged out of the computer lab, I killed some time in the YFC cubicle with Drea and Herold, and went to the bathroom to freshen up. Darn, if i had brought stuff for overnight that Tricia and I were anticipating, I would probably have gone to the 6th floor bathroom and took a shower before changing my shirt. Then off I went to Shangri-La to meet with Teena and Sarah.

We decided to have dinner at Streetscape, so we can secure seats to the Summer Shindig thing that featured MYMP (I've been waiting for so darn long to hear them play live), Akafellas, Rebecca, South Border, and NV&M. We managed to nab a table outside Dome, but we were sitting next to this Cool Mist fan that, yes, sprayed mist.

We just sat there while MYMP played, then when they were almost done, we weaved through the crowd (found Anj!) and managed to find the fellas rehearsing at stage right. Sybil, Mika and Maw arrived then and we hung around as they guys rehearsed. When the guys set off for the stage, we hung around near the huge speakers on stage right, then we settled ourselves on the street, ehehehehe. When we were there, more people sat down and joined us, until we were surrounded by teenyboppers.

Found Maika and Dandan standing on stage right where we were standing before by the speakers, and I was about to invite them to sit with us until I realized they were in short skirts! Whoops.

Near the end of the fellas set, I joined Maika and Dandan by the speakers, and then I realized that there were "angels" standing with them na. Man, I missed some of those girls.

After the short set, we mostly hung around while fans lingered around Franco and the guys.

Then we went to Starbucks for a while. On our way there, I found Red (no, not RHed, it's Redmond)! It's been quite a while since I last saw him. We talked for a while, then when I realized I lost Teena and the others, I rushed inside Starbucks and Red went off to find his friends as well. While we were in Starbucks, found him in there again, and we talked for a while, until Maw had to go home.

Teena, Mika, Kuya Rommel and I hung around outside Auntie Anne's for the rest of our stay there. We listened to South Border as we talked, and I found even more Trumpeteers. Found Chevy and CJ, Dan, and Red's little bro Sam, standing around with Franco outside Starbucks. NV&M were playing their 2nd song when I was about to say goodbye to them, and when I came up to Franco, he started asking me again about issues I've long dissed and dismissed, and began to tease me again. Nyak...

Teena, Kuya Rommel and I decided to hang out at Caltex Alabang with Ate Tere then, so off we went. Hahahaha, "one for the road" daw, so sige. After that, we said goodbye to Ate Tere, then Teena and Kuya Rommel took me home.
