missing Playshop
My friend Lawyn called this afternoon. Their first day of Playshop started yesterday, and she told me quite a bit about it. Tito Freddie (Santos) is teaching all the Musical Theater classes in Alabang this year, and I'm mentally ramming my head against the wall because I didn't get to enroll.
Why didn't I enroll? you may ask.
My thesis is in the way
My mom wanted me to concentrate on thesis alone
My 'rents won't be paying for it, because the last time I was in Playshop, I was on scholarship
I don't have a racket, so I can't pay for it myself.
Grrr...
The class is in the evening, and I'm regretting even more that I didn't enroll. Grrr... So far there are 11 people in the Master Class. There's Lawyn, Mae, Chevy, CJ, Anna, Mikki (who will be joining the intermediate class for their showcase because his voice is still cracking), and even Gary's back! Man, the only time Dr. Gary was in Playshop was during the first year Playshop came to Alabang.
Gah, one of these days, I'm gonna go visit their class.

Playshop was actually the one that helped me overcome my shyness. It was a big help talaga, no matter what class you\'re in. The only advice I can give you is be yourself. Wag lang yung trying hard and all that. =) Enjoy!
