my first official school day
I only have Thursday classes this term, and they're only two subjects. Nyak, why am I saying the word "only"? One of them is actually thesis, so that's not just major, it's MAJOR. And the other one? It was Tecthe4, igh... Nyahaha, we hate it so much because our teacher flunked the entire class last year.
Anyway, we had the same teacher for Tecthe4, Sir Jay. I had always looked up to the guy when he was only teaching Stagecraft and Lighting Tools, but after every subject, it gets harder to do so. And for this particular subject we currently have, we're still going to do the same stuff all over again. Gak.
We went crazy this afternoon over thesis. When we first went downstairs to reserve the theater for the days we have in mind, to our dismay, the venue was booked for the entire year! Holy kamote. We were supposed to have it reserved last term, but we were told to come back at the beginning of the term. And now we find out it's fully booked? Rawr. But then we decided to return after a while, with a new plan in mind. We checked what department was reserved for our selected week, and when we found out it was for the yearbook, we went to their office. As it turned out, they weren't really going to use the theater, so they let us have the slots! Yay! Thank you so much, SPO!
Jun called this evening, asking how our thesis is. And he offered to help us get sponsors through his company, as long as they get commission. Paging Rain! He's willing to help us! I don't really mind if his company gets a cut, as long as we have money coming in. Wheee! Thanks, Jun!
Yay, I'm watching Trumpets Playshop Alabang's Master Class showcase tomorrow. It's called Shakespeare Rocks, coolness. Anna, Chevy, CJ, Lawyn, Mae, Sarah and Gary (woohoo! Original Alabang MT class rules!) are all gonna be in it. Kathy, Marex and I are planning to watch the afternoon show. Nyahaha, and hopefully, maybe the Trumpeteers will let me stick around or something afterwards so I can watch the evening show for free. Nyak, as if.
