Just got home.

While sitting in the office during the afternoon, happy that I'm in an airconditioned room instead of roasting in the heat outside, I got a text from Krystal.

"Watchoo doing tonight?"

I really had no plans after work. Maybe just read a few chapters in the next "Gossip Girl" book in Powerbooks Live then go home and sleep. When I asked her what was up, she said that there was the preview/rehearsal of Once On This Island. Wheee! Surely I wasn't going to let that opportunity pass. I invited Nikki, Drei and Nicco to join me, but only Drei managed to make it, so we decided to meet up at RCBC.

When I reached the theater lobby, it was packed with people. Lotsa familiar faces, but because I was kinda tired, I sort of became anti-social and stood to one side while most of the people were saying hello to each other. Stood around with Krys and Ian when they got there, and we also found Bea as well. She was talking to an old blockmate, then the two of the suddenly disappeared. I think they snuck inside already, while the rest of the crowd was still outside waiting for the doors to open.

"Let's sneak inside," Krys said. So we went to the other entrance and sauntered in, hehehe. Got seats in the back row of the orchestra.

It really was a dream cast, with Tita Menchu, Bito, Jett, Cathy, Mike, May Bayot, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Michael Williams, and Bodjie Pascua (yes, the very same Kuya Bodjie from Batibot) filling the stage. Plus that new girl... was that Raki Vega? Hahaha, I have no idea. But she's great, I have to say.
