Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it on your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1. Reading a good book. I love how I always try to visualize what I'm reading.
2. Writing. It helps me think better. There are lots of times when I just think and want to write it down.
3. Sitting at a coffee shop. I love coffee jelly. And watching the people around me, just going about their lives. Just sitting there is quite an enjoyable experience, as I try to figure out what's going on in everyone's mind and what their story is.
4. Talking with a friend or two. Be it catching up on each others' news or just talking about anything under the sun, just letting the time pass is a good use of my time.
5. watching a play in the theater. Need I explain more?
6. Working backstage Wait, I think this sort of ups my anxiety level too, hahahaha! I just enjoy it because it's something I love doing.
7. Blogging. I've been blogging for 4 years now, and it's still very therapeutic for me.
8. chatting. Of course, if I don't get to talk much to some of my friends, it's still good to find them online.
9. Listening to my choice of music. Broadway, hahaha.
10. Talking to myself. It keeps me sane, even though everyone around me would think otherwise.

So who will I be tagging?
