I got to talk to a couple of my favorite cousins today.

First was when I dropped by Ate Shang's house this evening after I had attended Mass. It's been a while since we hung out and talked, so we did so, and Tita Lyn also joined us. Well, actually, Tita Lyn was the one who mostly talked while Ate Shang and I kept making comments and funny quips.

They had donuts and fishballs on the table when I arrived, so I got to grab a couple of donuts. But after a while, Ate Shang ordered pizza for the three of us with an extra box for me to bring home. Thanks, cuz!

But before this evening, we got a call from Ate Shirley from Washington. It's been a while since I last heard her voice, and I was so thrilled to hear her on the other end of the line. She got my email address, because the last time I emailed her, she didn't know it was me, and she deletes emails from unknown addresses, hahaha. So we sent her an email right away after hanging up the phone.

Hopefully, Ate Shirley will be the one to help me go places. I thought so back in high school. But I wasn't approved of doing so then.

Segue to what I've been thinking since the beginning of last week.

I want to make a drastic change of routine. I want to do something different. I want to go somewhere else.

I've been thinking about a few things. Trying to map out what I should do. First plan A, then plan A1. Plan A would involve leaving a lot of things that I won't be able to accomplish. Yes, things. Not just one, there's a lot.

The hardest part of all this would be talking with the parental units about it. They've been raising eyebrows at all my decisions in my life ever since I had to transfer schools after my first year in college.

I do want things to happen.

But... Oh, help.
