It's that time of the year again, when I get frustrated because I need to do something new. I want an extreme change of routine. I've been working for this company for 2 years now, and for some reason, I want to do something different. But the hard part in all this is that now that more work is pouring in, how can I say that I want to leave? And even more, who can take my place?

I can't wait for the weekend so I can have more time to myself to think about this.
